Apartments and Business Premises, part of Delta Real Estate Group, is a commercial building complex with a long tradition in business and a wide range of office units of different types and sizes available for rent. The complex operates under the name Delta Business Properties, and includes two office buildings - "Apartmani" (Apartments) and "Mala Kula" (Small Tower) - covering 22,750 m² of office space and a common underground garage.

Architecture

The two modern buildings comprising the complex have glass façades and are integrated architecturally with the design of the neighboring buildings. They are surrounded by carefully landscaped green areas intercepted with pedestrian paths. The interior of the buildings, featuring spacious halls and wide corridors, is adorned with a combination of marble and high-quality wood, giving the space a particular warmth. High ceilings and large glass surfaces provide ample natural light to all spaces.

 

Technical features

The complex was built in accordance with the highest building standards to ensure maximum comfort to its tenants:

Reception desk

Each building has a reception desk in the main hallway with well-trained and experienced personnel who speak foreign languages. Reception desk services are available to tenants 24/7 and, in addition to announcing visitors and providing directions to office spaces, these services include:

  • receiving and sorting mail
  • calling for a taxi
  • photocopying
  • sending faxes
  • providing other useful information to tenants and visitors

 

Security

The business complex has manned security services available 24/7 at all entrances to the office buildings. Apart from the latest video surveillance system with outdoor motion detection cameras, there are special control rooms in both buildings for storing surveillance equipment and materials. The complex also has an integrated fire detection system.
